Buongiorno, sono stato operato 09/2020 thulep/Turp/ di prostata tribolata. - 01/2021per incontinenza persistente e difficoltà minzionale, venivo sottoposto a cistoscopia con evidenza di stenosi cicatriziale a ridosso del vero montanum e posizionato su filo guida cv.- 03/2021 uretrotomia+ reTurp.EI: negativo. Nel post operatorio persistente di incontinenza urinaria con fughe anche notturne. Sono 8 mesi che non riesco a fare una vita normale e combatto ogni minuto giorno e notte con la fuori uscita dell'urina che non riesco a controllare: Faccio la ginnastica prescritta, ma senza risultati. Professore, spero tanto che Lei mi possa dare un aiuto. La ringrazio, buona giornata.
Purtroppo la stenosi cicatriziale si è verificata a livello dello sfintere esterno (quello deputato alla continenza). Ciò può comportate una “debolezza” dello sfintere stesso. Se con ginnastica perineale e farmaci (come le ho scritto prima) non si risolve, può essere indicato il posizionamento di uno sfintere uretrale artificiale che di solito dà buoni risultati.
