Buongiorno Dottore, causa Sclerosi del Collo vescicale dovrei fare intervento a breve. Ho letto dell'alto tasso di recidiva della sclerosi a causa del tessuto cicatriziale esuberante. Un mio amico ha fatto stesso intervento ma utilizzando anche il Piascledine come prevenzione della fibrosi durante il processo di guarigione cosa ne pensa? Grazie

Buongiorno. La cicatrice purtroppo si comporta da cicatrice. Tende a riformarsi. Anche se la recidiva della sclerosi del collo è inferiore rispetto all stenosi cicatriziale dell’uretra. Come trattamento combinato sembra dare buoni risultati la contemporanea inizione nella zona sclerotica di PRP( concentrato piastrinico prelevato con un prelievo di sangue dal pz. stesso prima dell’intervento . Il sangue viene centrifugato e da qui preso il concentrato piastrinico).È una tecnica mutuata dagli ortopedici. Il trattamento sembra promettente nel ridurre le recidive anche se la letteratura scientifica non ha ancora dato parere definitivo. Alcuni Centri lo praticano (in accordo col Centro Trasfusionale)
