Buongiorno.Come ho detto più volte ma non fa male ripeterlo, non c’è nessuna differenza tra risultati e capacità di ripresa (se non minima) tra le varie metodiche chirurgiche (laparoscopica, a cielo aperto, robotica). Lo dice la letteratura con ampia casistica. L’importante è il chirurgo che opera.Se esistono comorbidità che controindicano o rendono rischioso l’intervento si può optare per la radioterapia. Ci sono poi dei Gleason 3+3 con determinate caratteristiche che possno entrare nel protocollo di Sorvenglianza Attiva senza nevessità di intervento.
