Salve dottore, dopo intervento Rezum, a distanza di oltre 3 mesi, noto una riduzione notevole del volume di sperma cosa che non accadeva dopo 4/5 settimana dall’intervento. Grazie per un Sio commento

Buongiorno. Il motivo risiede nel fatto che, subito dopo l’intervento è presente edema che “mima” l’ipetrofia prostatica (rimossa) anche dove è presente lo sfintere involontario responsabile della fuoriuscita verso l’esterno dello sperma (poi va in vescica). Passato l’effetto dell’edema, si vede il reale effetto dell’intervento, anche e soprattutto sulla parte ostruttiva che è quella che interessa.
