Buongiorno Egr. Dott. Zaninetta, a seguito di recente prostatite con pesanti dolori basso ventre e pollachiuria, in vescica da sforzo e ibp, mi hanno dato permixon 320 1 cp/die tre mesi, tamsulosina 0,4 e topster supposta 10 giorni la sera.
Topster però dopo la seconda sera, sono completamente stitico, ho saltato una sera, poi l'ho ripresa, e subito stitichezza pesante e gonfiore. Ho preso il PROSPIDOL, però fa molto meno passare l'infiammazione. C'è qualcosa che è più efficace , ma che non crea la stipsi ? Topster toglie bene il dolore ,però poi , mi fa veramente scoppiare.... Grazie mille
Buongiorno. Provererei con Orudis supposte per 7-10 gg, meglio con copertura gastrica.
