Da alcuni anni soffro di IPB, eseguo annualmente ecografia. da qualche anno nel referto viene scritto che ho la vescica in sofferenza.
E' una cosa pericolosa? mi devo operare per ridurre la prostata? attualmente uso mittoval 10 mg 1 compressa al giorno. Grazie-
Buonasera. La vescica “in sofferenza” normalmente, nel referto ecografico, significa un poco spessa. Alla sua età è normale. L’importante sono i sintomi (come lei urina) e il residuo post-minzione ecografico che, come ricordo, va fatto senza riempire troppo la vescica piena altrimenti sono attendibili. Se i sintomi irritattivi/ostruttivi sono accettabili e il residuo post-minzione è basso (sotto i 100-150 cc) va benissomo continuare con Mittoval.
