Prendo da ormai un anno xatral che però mi provoca spesso pressione bassa, stanchezza e mal di testa…ho fatto un tentativo anche con Omnic ma più o meno gli effetti collaterali sono gli stessi. Dovendo prendere per forza questo tipo di farmaci c’è qualcosa che si può assumere per contenere questi effetti indesiderati? Grazie
Buonasera. Le consiglio di assumere un alfa litico con doppio dosaggio e assumere il dosaggio più basso. A volte buon compromesso tra tollerabilità ad efficacia (Es: Urorec 4 – 1 cpr alla sera)
