Mi hanno diagnosticato stenosi dell’uretra. È da 4/5 giorni che faccio molta fatica ad urinare, e la fuoriuscita dello sperma e molto ridotta,ed ho un peso al basso ventre. Prendo alfuzosina da un paio di anni. È possibile che la situazione sia peggiorata così velocemente? Ho letto della tecnica Resum per là prostata, ma viene utilizzata anche per stenosi uretrali ? Buongiorno. Il Rezum serve solo a trattare l’Ipetrofia prostatica e non la stenosi dell’uretra. Bisogna vedere la sua posizione ma in generale la sua risoluzione può essere endoscopica in circa il 25% e a cielo aperto nel rimanente 75%.
