Buongiorno Dottore, sono in cura con un urologo da 10 anni con diagnosi di prostatite e IPB, ma cortesemente vorrei un consiglio da Lei dato che il PSA 4 mesi fa era 4,60 ora é 5,00 con rapporto free/totale 21,20 e l'urologo mi dice di continuare con cura permixon a cicli + mittoval 10mg. Posso stare tranquillo senza eseguire ulteriori accertamenti?

Buongiorno. Le consiglierei di eseguire una Risonanza Magnetica Multiparametrica della prostata. Anche se visita nella norma, serve a capire meglio perchè quel valore elevato di PSA.
