Buongiorno, a distanza di 15 giorni da intervento Turp, mi sono accorto di avere il meato infiammato e gonfio, ho messo gentalin per 2 giorni, sembrava migliorare ma oggi è ritornato di nuovo.
Devo iniziare a preoccuparmi? Può darmi un consiglio?

Buongiorno. Può succedere che, se presente meato un poco stenotico (ristretto), per fare introdurre lo strumento operativo (resettoscopio), si debba fare una dilatazione che può portare ad edema del meato, che di solito si risolve spontameamente in una quindicina di giorni.
