Dopo tre mesi da intervento turp con green laser ho da una settimana fastidi dopo la minzione con urgenza e continuo stimolo. Le analisi dell urine sono negative. Uroflussometria nella norma. Mi è stata prescritta terapia a base di oki buste 2 volte al di e deflan 30 mg una al di . Purtroppo i fastidi permangono. Cosa debbo fare?
Buongiorno. Nei casi come il suo, personalmente consiglio due mesi di terapia con anticolinergico (es: solifenacina 5 mg al giorno) o mirabregon (50 mg al giorno). Di solito efficaci nel ridurre quel tipo di fastidio in tempi accettabili.
