Buongiorno dottore ho dolori al basso ventre da qualche mese ho fatto varie visite prostata normale dopo una uroflussometria è risultata una ostruzione mi è stato dato il botam e il dalerpen 5 mg (perché ho problemi a mantenere l erezione) lo assumo da due giorni il dalerpen e mi porta un forte mal di testa secondo lei è meglio sospenderlo?
Buongiorno. Entrambi i farmaci possono avere un effetto ipotensiv specie i primi giorni.
Le consiglio di sospendere il tadalafil (Dalerpen) e contnuare con Botam. Tra 10-15 gg se non fastidio. Può riassumere tadalfil 5 a giorni alterni per altri 15 gg e vedere come lo tollera. Eventualmente dopo può assumere tutti i giorni entra,bi i farmaci
