Salve dottore le volevo porre una domanda io prendo fluxonorm 1 compressa alla mattina ed ho fatto gli esami del PSA con il valore di 0,486 .La mia domanda è questa il medicinale che le ho detto può abbassare i valori del PSA ? La ringrazio per la sua risposta
Buongiorno. Come lei sa, il PSA è un indice di salute prostatica. Una sua componente si può alzare anche per una semplice infiammazione. Quindi tutti i farmaci ad azione antiflogistica, compreso Fluxonorm, possono abbassare quella quantità che è solo infiammatoria, lasciando inalterata quella parte di possibile origine tumorale. Alla sua età comunque non è indicata esecuzione del psa. Va fatta sopra i 45 anni ( salvo eccezioni) se familiarità per tumore. Altrimenti sopra i 50
